CONTEXT: L'ABU Skin aimed to capitalise on Mother's Day to connect with their audience and increase brand visibility.

Additionally, there was a need to revamp the TikTok strategy to enhance content performance and audience engagement on the platform.

CREATIVE PROCESS: Collaborated with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and develop a creative concept that resonated with the target audience. Leveraged insights from market research to inform content strategy.


CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS: Faced the challenge of standing out in a crowded social media landscape during Mother's Day. Overcame this by crafting unique and engaging Instagram Reel content that captured the essence of the brand and appealed to the emotions of the audience. For TikTok, identified opportunities to refresh content approach and collaborated closely with the social media team to implement improvements.

Boosted Brand Awareness & Engagement: Spearheaded the development of compelling brand narratives and messaging for the Mother's Day campaign, resulting in a 109% increase in organic views on Instagram Reels.
