CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS: Faced the challenge of standing out in a crowded social media landscape during Mother's Day. Overcame this by crafting unique and engaging Instagram Reel content that captured the essence of the brand and appealed to the emotions of the audience. For TikTok, identified opportunities to refresh content approach and collaborated closely with the social media team to implement improvements.
